📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards
- Assist the head chef in maintaining food safety and quality standards
- Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils
- Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Prepare food presentation to meet customer expectations
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist in training new team members
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a commis cook or similar role
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
- Familiarity with using kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, and grills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
