As a Finance & Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our team's financial goals. You will work closely with our accounting team to process invoices, manage payables, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process invoices, manage payables, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the accounting team in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Participate in financial meetings and provide financial analysis and insights as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a medical technology or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience working in a multinational or international environment is a plus.
