📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop automation systems using PLCs, HMI, and SCADA software such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing automation systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in industrial automation.
• Document and maintain technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for automation projects.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
• Train and mentor junior engineers on automation technologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in mechanical and mechatronics engineering.
• Strong knowledge of automation hardware and software, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram.
• Certification in industrial automation (e.g., Certified Automation Professional, Certified Control System Technician) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
