Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities Limited is a renowned non-profit organization based in Bali, dedicated to improving the lives of children and families in need. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining compliance with our policies and regulations.

As a Procurement Executive, you will work closely with our procurement team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our procurement efficiency. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that our procurement processes align with our organizational goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts and agreements.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Manage the procurement budget and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement activities support the overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide procurement support to other departments as needed, such as human resources, finance, and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
