📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and irons.
• Perform washing, drying, folding, and ironing of linens and garments.
• Ensure all laundry is cleaned, pressed, and folded to meet Hilton's high standards.
• Manage and organize laundry inventory to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist with special laundry requests and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve operational efficiency.
• Adhere to Hilton's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in laundry or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with commercial laundry equipment and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) of laundry.
• Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
