🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
