📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies for ALM, Liquidity, and Market Risk.,Monitor and analyze market conditions to identify and assess potential risks.,Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management.,Develop and maintain risk models and frameworks.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in ALM, Liquidity, or Market Risk.,Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.,Proficiency in risk modeling and data analysis tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and practices is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
