📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Enterprise Support Services department.,Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of support staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and address service gaps and opportunities for improvement.,Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Represent the National Heart Centre Singapore at industry events and conferences.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior executive role within the Enterprise Support Services industry.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and achieving service level agreements.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a distributed environment.
