📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our beach suites and private villas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, travel agents, and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the travel industry.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel and hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for travel and hospitality.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
