Net Space Dinamis is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere, while still being fully integrated into our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Work with the team to provide excellent customer service, and address any customer complaints or concerns.,Monitor food quality and presentation, and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including ordering supplies and negotiating with vendors.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant's staff, ensuring that they are up-to-date with all procedures and standards.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and employment laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar food service operation.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and food handling procedures.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong marketing and customer service skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
