📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends to ensure a competitive recruitment approach.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for various roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
