📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management systems.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the safety and environmental teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate safety and environmental considerations into all aspects of the manufacturing process.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the chemical or petrochemical industry.
• Certification as a Professional HSEF (Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire) Manager or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as SAP, MS Office, and HSE management systems.
• Ability to travel and work in a variety of locations.
