📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand financial needs and provide strategic financial advice.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
