📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.,Ensure that all nursing staff are properly trained and certified.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care.,Monitor patient progress and coordinate care plans with other healthcare professionals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor junior nursing staff.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the healthcare facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced nursing practices (e.g., ACLS, BLS, PALS).,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
