📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure efficient use of ingredients and resources to minimize waste.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
