📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures,Answer and direct guest inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information,Handle guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues to their satisfaction,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documentation,Assist with the organization and coordination of guest events and meetings,Perform other related duties as assigned by the front office manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment,Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
