Toko Cahya Health Center is looking for a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and supporting the production team in achieving operational goals. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize production schedules to meet daily targets.,Ensure quality control by inspecting products for defects and implementing corrective actions.,Support the production team by providing training and guidance on best practices.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular production reports and provide insights to management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.,Proficient in using computer software for production planning and tracking.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment (both office and remote).
