Star Life Abadi is a leading insurance company in Indonesia, offering a wide range of products and services to our customers. We are currently looking for a talented and passionate HR Officer to join our team in Palembang. The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, such as leave management, training and development programs, and employee benefits.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events, such as team-building activities and company-wide meetings.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling.,Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters and issues.,Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training program effectiveness.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations, and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
