📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
