📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Uphold and enforce restaurant policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up tables and cleaning
• Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase sales

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Good knowledge of Indonesian and English languages
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant is a plus
