📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR team in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis for management.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
