📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.,Represent the department at internal and external meetings, as required.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,A strategic thinker with a passion for leadership and a commitment to excellence.
