📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.,Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
