📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their operational skills.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the fashion industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
