In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed.,Contribute to the improvement of existing documentation processes.,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
