📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet specified standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior QC staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation.,Provide quality control support during product development and testing phases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid certification in quality control (e.g., ISO, ASQ) is a plus.
