📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, helping them secure the best home loan solutions.
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mortgage trends, regulations, and market conditions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high service standards.
• Monitor loan performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage advisory or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian mortgage market and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in mortgage advisory or a related field is a plus.
