📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet these needs.,Design and implement machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.,Optimize and improve existing AI models to enhance performance and accuracy.,Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.,Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.,Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.,Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying and scaling AI models.,Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.,Experience with version control systems such as Git.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
