📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Participate in the development and implementation of new menu items and special promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and purchasing.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
