Global Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.,Manage inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and implement reordering systems.,Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to facilitate timely delivery of goods.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve warehouse operations and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
