📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and onboarding.,Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance and fit.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
