Pro Data Pratama is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Sales Consultant to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and projects.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
