📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales and operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.,Good knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial reporting.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
