Pratama Healthcare is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accounting to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the preparation of financial statements, and assisting in the monthly closing process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited accounting experience to gain practical skills and grow within a dynamic healthcare organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Support the monthly closing process by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing closing entries.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses for management and external stakeholders.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees.,Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the accounting team in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and ensure the integrity of the accounting system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of relevant work experience.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP or IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
