Agung Oka Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our fleet, and we are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and ensuring all vehicles are in safe working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and services.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and safety compliance.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding fleet management and vehicle safety.,Provide training and support to drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge in fleet management.,Work closely with the procurement team to manage the procurement and disposal of fleet vehicles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
