Pusat Eko Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and growing restaurant chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our customers enjoy a memorable dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Manage and develop a team of 20-30 staff members, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring that all areas are presentable and functional.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
