UNITY Group is seeking a dedicated Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team in Lubuklinggau. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and managing event logistics.,Ensure the banquet hall is clean, organized, and ready for events.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Assist in setting up and tearing down banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and decorations.,Support the Banquet Staff in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies and plans.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or a related field is preferred.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
