📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor and maintain BMS to ensure optimal building performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support to tenants and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Proven experience with BMS and CAD software.
